International cooperation
The Irkutsk region has a very attractive geographical location, convenient for both local and international flights and ground transportation links. And the presence of the world-famous lake Baikal gives the region even more appeal, providing with unique opportunities for attraction of the foreign organizations’ experience. For example, 2-3 international conferences are annually held at the Regional Cancer Center, with the participation of specialists from Japan, Korea, Germany, France, the USA, Singapore, and Mongolia. All this allows to implement the latest techniques and technologies in the treatment of cancer promptly.
